Trailer Station
Trailer Station USA, the Pacific Northwest’s leading trailer dealership, boasts ten locations across Washington and Oregon. When new ownership stepped in, each dealership was working with its own outdated, static website, leaving customers in the dark about trailer details and inventory availability. Enter Interlock Solutions, who teamed up with the new management team to craft a custom web app that seamlessly tracks inventory across the entire business. The result? A cutting-edge, centralized website that gives customers real-time access to inventory, replacing the old, disconnected dealer sites with a seamless shopping experience.
Custom Inventory Web App
Trailer Station USA was previously managing inventory across its dealerships using a patchwork of spreadsheets and emails—hardly the most efficient approach. For the new ownership group, modernizing this system was a top priority. We partnered with designer Alan Luder to create a sleek UI/UX for a new web app hosted on AWS. This upgraded system allows all dealerships to track and view inventory effortlessly. To enhance the customer experience, QR codes were attached to each trailer, giving visitors instant access to detailed information with a simple scan. The inventory data was then seamlessly integrated into a new WordPress website, enabling customers to search for trailers with specific features throughout the entire Trailer Station USA network.
