Bainbridge Disposal

Bainbridge Disposal, a family-owned company serving the community for over 50 years, needed a serious digital upgrade. Their old website? Outdated, light on content, and in desperate need of a makeover. Teaming up with Farrah Ferguson of Butter, we gave the site a complete overhaul—revamping both its appearance and how information is shared with the public. The result? A sleek, modern website packed with all the important details, easy-to-navigate content, and answers to many frequently asked questions.

Easy-to-Find FAQs

Bainbridge Disposal used to field hundreds of calls each week with simple questions—service details, pickup schedules, and the classic “Is it recycling or yard waste week?” One of the big goals for the new site was to cut down on these calls by making answers easily accessible online. We made it happen by adding a bold, front-and-center banner on the homepage to clarify the weekly pickup schedule, sprinkling FAQs throughout the site, and introducing an optional top banner for important announcements. This resulted in a dramatic drop in calls, freeing up the team to focus on what really matters—serving the community’s disposal needs.
